I have started lifting since 1999, at a mere weight of 55kg. Prior to weightlifting and bodybuilding, I was a constant target for school bullies, often being picked on for arm-wrestling and fights.
The journey into fitness and a better physique had been a very steep uphill battle from the start with zero guidance and very limited nutrition and training resources. These limitations have not only stopped me, but motivated me to work harder, eventually competing, and emerging top 3 placing in U21 national and asian bodybuilding championships.
There had been long breaks from gym, plagued by serious injuries such as a shoulder impingement, spine and hip nerve impingement, and ankle dislocations. These disruptive injuries have kept me away from gym as long as a year and returning to action is always emotionally tougher each time.
Without a doubt, Personal Training became my career in 2007. Since then, I have helped many clients achieve their varying fitness goals. With more than 25,000 hours (and growing) of service experience under my belt, synergistically coupled with my accreditation from a long list of fitness institutions, you are in the best hands!
